Nice, polite and helpful staff. They got a translation machine for communication with residents as we did't understand Japanese. Staff very patient to explain about hotel information to us.

Closeness to the station. Quiet. Friendly staff. Cleanness. Fluffy towel.

a quiet yet pleasant location for a Chain hotel not on a large street, but, once you know, it has very easy access from the station, and good area near the hotel, with conveniently located reasonably priced restaurants for dinner in the evening (somewhat a premium in Kanazawa, most places are lunch only) and a good self-service information counter with excellent maps and tourist information brochures.

Good location near Kanazawa Station. There are a couple of pubs and restaurants in the area.

The location is very close to the train station - on the quiet side; there was a microwave available on the floor; the room was quite spacious...
