The location and the staff are the best of the hotel. Also the amenties ítems are useful. My lounge wear smell had a little bit of food smell, I guest came from the microwave of the hall

Nice, polite and helpful staff. They got a translation machine for communication with residents as we did't understand Japanese. Staff very patient to explain about hotel information to us.

The location is very close to the station. The room was spacious compared to normal, standard Japanese style hotel. The clean and change the towels and robes everyday which is amazing. unlike other hotels which might not do it for 3 days 2 night stay.

a quiet yet pleasant location for a Chain hotel not on a large street, but, once you know, it has very easy access from the station, and good area near the hotel, with conveniently located reasonably priced restaurants for dinner in the evening (somewhat a premium in Kanazawa, most places are lunch only) and a good self-service information counter with excellent maps and tourist information brochures.
